myAHIMA is here!

'myAHIMA' is a single log in environment that we've built for AHIMA members. It gives members access to many preferred web areas with one convenient log in. To access myAHIMA, use the new login box at http://www.ahima.org.

Access to your favorite members-only areas of the AHIMA Web site is now available with one convenient log in.

The familiar icons and links for Communities of Practice, FORE Library: HIM Body of Knowledge and other members-only sites no longer appear on the www.ahima.org home page.

However, you can use your AHIMA ID and password via the NEW myAHIMA log in box at http://www.ahima.org for one-stop access to Communities, the FORE Library, Career Assist, Bookstore, CEU Center, and more.

Customize your "myAHIMA" page to include your most used AHIMA member only sites and access them from one handy location. Stop by the AHIMA booth, #445, at our Annual Convention in Denver and we’ll show you how.

The creation of "myAHIMA" was based on member feedback, focus groups and conducted surveys.

1. A 'myAHIMA' log in box has been added to http://www.ahima.org

2. The "Members Only" portion of the main menu has been removed since these items are now accessible through 'myAHIMA'.

3. The "Members Only" portion of the main menu has been removed. Below is a breakdown of where each of the "Members Only" items now reside.

4. The CoP and BoK icons/links no longer reside in this area on any pages of ahima.org. Members can now access CoP or BoK quickly and easily from your 'myAHIMA' page. Members, simply go to http://www.ahima.org and use the 'myAHIMA' log in box to enter 'myAHIMA'.

5. An "Update My Profile" button/link has been added to this area of all pages on ahima.org. Note: Members however, can access their profile by simply logging into "myAHIMA".

1. Members, at the time of your first log in, you'll be directed to a page that will allow you to customize your 'myAHIMA'. Note the features below.

 

 

2. After you make modifications to your "Display Order" click "Update Display Order" to make your changes active. Once you have all of your preferences the way you want them, click "Save & Enter myAHIMA" to proceed to your "myAHIMA" home page.

3. Once you've entered your 'myAHIMA' home page you can access any of your Members-Only tools with just one click. There's no need to log in again!

1. While logged into myAHIMA; if you need to navigate back to your myAHIMA start page, simply click the button located in the upper right hand side of any of your members-only areas as well as any page of www.ahima.org.
